Уже не знаю что делать, до поездки осталось 4 дня, а паспорт подруги еще не пришел.
На вопрос где паспорт и почему его так долго нет, в посольстве ответили следующее:
"Thank you for contacting the UK Visas and Immigrations international

From our record we can confirm that your application has been processed,
for further information on the collection and delivery of your application
documents please continue to monitor our commercial partner Teleperformance
website as this will constantly being updated with the latest information.
Please note that your passport and documentation could still take some time
to reach you whilst being sent back from the decision making centre and
whilst other administrative formalities are completed.

application (biometric taken) date. Please note that we define 1 week as 5
working days.

ticket to the UK, until your visa application has been approved and you
have received your documents. We do not accept responsibility for any
financial loss and we do not fast-track applications solely due to planned
date of travel.
