The voucher is not a Rental Agreement. When you pick up the vehicle, you must sign a Rental Agreement provided by Dollar Rent A Car and subject to local laws. The Dollar Rent A Car voucher must be presented at the rental desk in order to guarantee the Dollar Rent A Car rate is applied. All car rates are guaranteed in British Pounds , all local fees are billed in local currency.
YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES
* Unlimited mileage.
* LDW (Loss Damage Waiver).
* SLI (Supplemental Liability Insurance).
* UMP (Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist Protection).
* Taxes & fees.
* CFC (Customer Facility Charge) and HSF (Homeland Security Fee).
* All additional drivers age 25 and over. * Initial tank of fuel.
* Satellite Navigation.
RENTAL DOES NOT INCLUDE
* Local toll, highway fees, or travel stickers which may be required by local authorities.
* Cars are rented with a full tank of fuel (customers will be charged at pick up unless they have purchased the Platinum Package) and should be returned empty. No refund for unused fuel.
* Personal Protection Plan (PPP) and other coverage, which may be available from your Dollar Rent A Car pick-up location.
GENERAL TERMS
* The rates are available only when pre-booked from the UK. The credit-card holder must be the main driver.
* Rates are not valid for U.S. or Canadian citizens or holders of a U.S. or Canadian license.
* Minimum driver age is 21. Drivers age 21 to 24 must pay an additional fee. Additional drivers over 25 sign on locally. They also pay locally, unless they have purchased the Platinum Package.
* Please ensure that you have available ID and a valid and full national driver's licence held for a minimum of 1 year (in case of a UK photo-card licence the card and paper counterpart) and that you are at least 21 years of age. If your driving licence is not written in English, you will need an International Driving Permit together with your national driving licence.
* Please note that Dollar Rent A Car may require a security deposit at the time of pick up. This takes the form of an amount blocked on the primary drivers' credit card. Cash deposits may not be accepted, so please be sure to check at time of reservation if you require this facility. Deposits will be returned in full at the end of the rental, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented.
* Optional items (ie: child seats, satellite navigation, etc.) are on a request basis only, for an additional fee.
* Drop-off charges, if applicable, may change without notice. Restrictions for one-way rentals may apply.

* All rentals are based on 24 hour periods with a 1 day minimum rental period. A full day is charged for any portion of a day that the vehicle is used.
* Travel is permitted into any state in the Continental U.S. Travel to Mexico is permitted with prior authorization from certain cities only, additional insurance must be purchased locally. Travel to Canada must be noted on voucher at time of booking. Travel is not permitted via ferry or rail. Roadside Assistance is not available while traveling in Canada, client assumes all risks & liabilities.
* Dollar Rent A Car has no cancellation or amendment fees when Dollar Rent A Car is advised prior to the rental start date by contacting 08 08 234 7524. Dollar Rent A Car cannot refund any unused days if the vehicle is returned early.
* Dollar Rent A Car vehicles are not permitted to be taken on ferries or to island locations without prior authorization from Dollar Rent A Car.
* Please note that renters in Alaska remain liable for the first $500.00 of damage.
